Poor Seating Chart from Venue prior to purchase
Before purchasing our presale tickets, I was very disappointed with the seating chart provided. The seating chart was blurry and difficult to read, making it impossible to see the letters and numbers. When we attended the show, we realized that the whole GA Pit area was in front of us, contrary to what the seating chart had indicated. The seating chart only showed the pit in the middle area, not the 2 outer sections, leading to a misleading view. We spent a significant amount on 2nd row seats, only to realize that Pit tickets would have offered a better view. Standing at 4’10” tall, I struggled to see anything once everyone stood up for the show.
